Of Gods and Men is a French drama film directed by Xavier Beauvois, released in 2010. Inspired by the assassination of the monks of Tibhirine in 1996, it recounts their daily lives and their doubts in the face of rising violence during the Algerian civil war.

Presented at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival, it won the Grand Prix. The film was a great success in France, remaining at the top of the box office for several weeks and rekindling interest in this historical event and interreligious dialogue.

It also received the César for Best Film in 2011.
