Shoah is a French documentary directed by Claude Lanzmann about the extermination of Jews by the Nazis during World War II. Released in 1985 and lasting approximately ten hours, it was filmed between 1976 and 1981, then edited for over five years from hundreds of hours of rushes. The film is based on survivor testimonies and images of the genocide sites.

Awarded an honorary César in 1986 and inscribed in UNESCO's Memory of the World Register in 2023, it is considered a major work, essential for the transmission and memory of the Shoah.
